Dieting is on of the hardest things that you'll ever in your life do. It's so hard to cut out soda when your used to drinking 3 or 4 a day. Peanut butter's a protein so when you're trying to lose weight, it's not good to eat 3 times a day, like how I've been going and didn't find out until today that it was a really big protein. When you go to school and work and clean your house all day, it's hard to make time to exercise. dieting, is just even harder close to swimsuit season. A lot of the time when people stay busy, it's hard to count calories, because they just grab whatever out of the fridge and eat it for breakfast because they don't have time to cook. When they do have time to cook, most of the time they don't have time to count the calories. Some people just fast, but really, that doesn't make you lose weight, it just makes you gain. Some people don't get in til late, so they don't get to eat til late, so it's gonna stay on their stomach longer.Any ideas how to help? Any easier things?
