Slice of LIfe (I Believe)

                                                                       I believe in sparkle. I believe that everyone has a right to sparkle. If you are not feeling good, you should sparkle in your own way. If you don't think you look pretty or feel pretty, someone will be there to tell you that you do, so that is your sparkle. If you are putting yourself down, you are hiding your sparkle. I also believe in glitter, which is also sparkle. I glitter, I just love glitter, I just love anything shinny. I think glitter, glitter makes me feel good and pretty. All you need is some glitter to go with your outfit and you are good to go. You can use glitter in your make-up. You can turn a pair of plain shoes in to the cutest glitter shoes, ever, with some mod-podge and glitter. Every year at Summertime, I go shopping and look for glitter shorts and glitter tank tops. I wish that the good people at Rainbow would make glitter flip flop. If you feel good and feel like you worked real hard all week, you need one night to sparkle. What I am trying to say, is that no matter how much people say sparkle is not important in their life, it will always be important in someone's life. It might make someone feel better, it might make someone's day brighter, it might make someone do better things. Thank you for your time reading why sparkle is important in 99.9% of the world's life.

Orange Juice

                        Orange Juice is a beverage that goes great with breakfast. Some people buy it and some people make it.  Some people think that it's healthier to make your own at home instead of buying it at the store. Some people, will get up in the mornings and make eggs, grits, and toast, and then make their orange juice. I personally don't care too much for orange juice. It's okay but I rather have something else. Some people call orange juice OJ or short, and no not OJ Simpson. A lot of orange juice is from Florida because that's where a lot of oranges are grown. It's also good for you because it had 112 calories per glass and it's loaded with potassium, thiamin, and folate. Most people prefer not to but the canned because it loses it's flavor after about 12 weeks. Tropicana, Minute Maid, Florida's Natural, and Simply Orange are some name brand labels that produce orange juice.

Summertime

                                              In the Summer in the south, that means time to go to the beach, time to go to the Lake, time to go camping, time to tan, etc. Summer is the best season!
                                                                                                                                                                              When you go to the beach, you get to go swimming, night swimming, go to the boardwalk, go to the beach, go tanning, if you have family that lives at the beach, go visit family, go to landmarks, iconic places, popular places, go shopping, go to concerts, see local celebrity's, go parasailing, ride the sling-shot, etc.
                                                             At the lake you can ride the boat, ride the jet ski's, got tubing, go wake boarding, have a cook-out, hang out with friends and family.
                                                                                                                                 When you go camping, you can hang out with friends, hang out with family, have a cook-out, have a bonfire, make friends, go swimming, go to the water slide, go to high dive, go to the rock, ride bikes, tan, etc.
                                                         Now do you see why Summer is my favorite season?

Platypus

                   My name is Perry. I am a plattypus.I go by the agent name of Special Agent Oso. I live with his owners Phineas and Ferb. My job is to stop Heinz Doofenshmirtz from doing anything bad to the town. When I am working on keeping the town in shape, I also work with Lyla Lolliberry. She helps keep me from danger. Phineas and Ferb live with their sister, Candace, and their mom and dad, Lawrence and Linda. While I'm out all day trying to keep the town in shape, Phineas and Ferb, they get into all this crazy stuff. One time they turned the house into a waterpark and opened it up to the public. Most of the time when they do this stuf, I'm not at home to experence it, though. When I get home from keeping the town out of trouble, they ask me where I've been all day. People they don't hear me speak, they just hear me click. It sounds weird to me when I hear myself. Well, that's all for the day. Snow

      A few weeks  ago, I went to Appalachian to go snow tubbing. Me, my mom, my mom's boyfriend, my brother, my 2 friends, their mom, their stepdad, their 2 brothers, their 2 step brothers, and their older brothers girlfriend. We went to eat lunch as soon as we got there. After we ate we went to the hotel and unpacked to play in the snow that was left from weeks ago. After we changed we went to see my uncle, his best friend, his girlfriend, his friends girlfriend, his friends son, and his girlfriends 2 kids at the hill behind their hotel. After we left we went to the place to go snow tubbing. Once we got there we were told to turn around because they weren't doing snow tubbing because of the winds. When we got back to the hotel, we made an appointment for the next day to go back. 
                                         The next morning, it had snowed so hard, that the wind was so bad, that we didn't know if they were going to still do snow tubbing, so we had to call them and ask them if they were doing it for the time we had booked for. They told us no, so we waited 2 more hours. We called them 2 hours later, and they told us they weren't doing it for the rest of the day. So basically we went to Appalachian just to see the snow.

Stranded

                                                                If I were stranded somewhere I don't know, with no money, no friends, no family, or no phone, I would find someone that would look like they would give me a job, next I would find someone that would looks like they would trust me to pay small rent payments. Next I would buy a cell phone with my 1st pay check with my job. After I got the phone, I would call one of my friends or family and let them know where I am. After they found me I would be more than happy to go home and get away from struggling with no one around to having someone around that would atleast help me with some things. Someone who has a shoulder when I need it the most.

16th Birthday Party

                        This weekend, I went to my friend's sweet 16 party . I had get my to go get my hair done at 11AM and the party wasn't until 6PM! It made me mad that I had to get up so early to go do something so late! I started getting ready at about 5, because I didn't know if I would get lost. As soon as I got ready, I left and headed up there. When I got there, her grandma was outside filming everyone coming in and asking if they had anything to say to Makalya. Most just said Happy Birthday. When they music started playing we all went out on the dance floor and started dancing and acting stupid. It was really fun. It was hard too, because I'm trying to diet and when it was time to eat, there were soooooo many different good foods there to eat. By the middle of the party, it was time to eat cake. It was so hard not to get a piece, but what's a birthday party without eatting cake? I don't have my after 9's, which means I can't drive after 9, yet. It was so hard to leave the party when I was supposed to, because I was having so much fun. I got to stay until 9:20 because my daddy told me to be at home by 9:30 and I live almost 10 mins about, maybe a little less. I wish that I have the oppernutity to go to another party like that.

Chihuahua

                            My little cousin Patrick, had 2 chihuahuas. Their names were Sophia and Bella. One day about 2 years ago, Patrick's mom and day were out of town so they asked Patrick's day to let the dogs outside to use the bathroom. When Patrick's parents returned home that night to let them in, Bella came home, but Sophia was nowhere to be found. Patrick was upset for weeks. He just thought Sophia went to the beach, like how he did for the Summer. He would always say, "Ashey, when's Sophia coming home from the beach?" I would always have to say, "I don't know, baby." It always broke my heart to see him upset about his favorite dog. To this day, we still don't know what happened to her. We think either somebody took her in or she got ate by something. Patrick is 5 today, and he still asks about her sometimes. He asks how shes doing and where she is and if she'll ever come home.

How hard is dieting?

                  Dieting is on of the hardest things that you'll ever in your life do. It's so hard to cut out soda when your used to drinking 3 or 4 a day. Peanut butter's a protein so when you're trying to lose weight, it's not good to eat 3 times a day, like how I've been going and didn't find out until today that it was a really big protein. When you go to school and work and clean your house all day, it's hard to make time to exercise. dieting, is just even harder close to swimsuit season. A lot of the time when people stay busy, it's hard to count calories, because they just grab whatever out of the fridge and eat it for breakfast because they don't have time to cook. When they do have time to cook, most of the time they don't have time to count the calories. Some people just fast, but really, that doesn't make you lose weight, it just makes you gain. Some people don't get in til late, so they don't get to eat til late, so it's gonna stay on their stomach longer.
            Any ideas how to help? Any easier things?
                           

Awful Kids Shows

                                               I feel bad for the kids now day, because their TV shows suck. 
1) Jesse- who's a teenage nanny, who in the real world has time for that?
2) Dog with a Blog- That is when Disney hit rock bottom.
3) Fish Hooks- Who want to watch a show about fish acting like humans, unless it's SpongeBob
4) My Babysitter's a Vampire- It's so scary for kids, that Dish Network had to rate it PG-13
5) So Random!- Like please put All That! back on, it was the better version
6) The Troop- Who wants to watch a show about super heros without the capes and costumes
7) Fanboy & Chumchum- 2 stupid super heros that don't know what to do? Forreal?
8) Legend of Korra- There's enough amaie shows on! 
9) Fred- That should've stayed youtube
10)  Supa Ninjas- Why, just why?
11) All Grown Up- They should've stopped at Rugrats, the best cartoon.
12) h2O- Why is this not like the little mermaid?
13) The Mighty B- Why would you want to watch a show about a bad Girl Scout?
14) House of Anubis- It's just the kids version of Pretty Little Liars

Limo Ride for 24 hours

               If I had a free limo ride for 24 hours, the possibilities would be endless. I would go to the spa, and get my hair done, my nails and toes done, a facial, a massage, and a chocolate mud bath while eating chocolate and drinking chocolate milk. After the spa, I would go to NorthLake Mall. I would window shop, and shop for the heck of it. I would buy an Affliction bathing suit, Miss Me Shorts, affliction shorts, Ugg flip flops, and the list goes on. After I went shopping, I would go to the Cheese Cake Factory. Their Barbeque Chicken Pizza is AMAZING! Their Red Velvet Cheese Cake is even better! After everything else, I would go cruising around in it until the time was up. I would have such fun.
                                                     My 1st ever limo ride was in 6th grade. It was my friend's birthday. We thought we were gonna be picked up in a different cars, when we saw the limo at the school we were wondering who it was for. Then, we saw my friend's mom get out of the car, we all started flipping out. We couldn't believe it! She got us drinks and snacks for the ride to her party. After we left school, we went to her other friends house to pick him up, after that we got on the highway and took the long way to her grandparents house to take pictures. After we took pictures, we left and went to her party. It was so much fun. After the party, she had a sleepover and we stayed up the whole night talking about how we were gonna remember the party/limo ride for the rest of our lives!
 

Why people make bucket list

                                          A lot of people try to live up to this quote because they know that they don't want to die an unhappy person, and that they don't want to die not doing the things they really wanted to do. A lot of people encourage others to make bucket list so they won't get older and say "I wish I would've done this when I was younger" or "I wish I would've done that". I a lot of people even make bucket list when they're older, like, "Go skydiving at 80. Go to Vegas and win $1,000,000 on my 85th birthday." That's the big reason why people make bucket list.

Lincolnton

       I live in a small town in North Carolina, called Lincolnton. It's one of those 1 way in, 1 way out towns. There's nothing to do but go to the Wal-Mart, and go to the small cute little stores on main street. There's only 4 high schools in the county. Obvious, Lincolnton, West, East, and North. The only coffee shop we have is the Dunkin' Doughnuts.We had a bowling alley, until they closed it down. There's no mall and the closest one is 20 mins away, depending on traffic and how fast you drive. We recently got a Tractor Supply so now all the farmers don't have to drive almost 30 mins away. We don't have a Cherry Berry or Sweet Frog. We have 1 chain sit down restaurant. Are you getting the picture about how small Lincolnton is? The best thing about Lincolnton is that we have 3 of best fast food restaurants: Bojangles, CookOut, & Zaxby's. It's also one of those towns were one you come vist you'll want to come back after. The people here are so friendly. When people go off to college, most want to come back to live or live somewhere close by. It's also great for retired people because it's so quiet and peaceful. It can get pretty boring sometimes. Most weekends, since there's almost nothing to do. Denver, a town in Lincolnton, has 3 campgrounds, they would be good to take a small, short vacation. Would you visit Lincolnton?
                                                    

Starfish

                My name is Patrick. I live in Bikini Bottom with my friends: SpongeBob SquarePants, Squidward Tenticales, Mr. Eugine Krabs, His daughter Pearl, and Sandy Checks. I live in a rock. SpongeBob lives in a Pineapple, I know right! Who lives in a pineapple!? That just makes no sense! Mr. Krabs and pearl live together in a regular underwater house. Sandy live in a dome because she a land critter and she needs air so that's the only house she can live in if she lives under water. Squidward lives in a house that look like himself. He's so self absorbed! Now back to me! I don't work! It's so boring, I wish I had a job. My bestest friend ever, Spongebob, works for Mr. Krabs at the Krusty Krab. It's a hamburger place, kinda like McDonald's for all you weird land people. They put this secret sauce on the hamburgers, it's the sceret formula. This mean short guy named Plankton tries to steal it from Mr. Krabs. We go jelly fishing in the Jelly Fish Fields. That's how we spend our free time. Well, that's all for now. 
                                                                                          

End of Act 4 Cyrano (Roxane's view)

                    I cannot believe, my dearest Christian's dead!!!! If he had just not went to battle, we would still be alive, about to marry me! I miss him very dearly. It's very, very hard not to think about it. When I went to check on him, right after he died, I saw a note, drenched in his blood from the battle. In it, it said: "My dearest Roxane, I  am writing you this letter as I am with your brother, Cyrano on our way to battle, to fight for you love. He told me that he wants us to get married and that he wishes the best for us. He said that he knows and understands how much you love me. I thought that was very, very nice of him to say that. He also told me to tell you to write to him everyday after we get married. I cannot wait to see you soon. With all love, Christian." After reading this letter, I understand that Cyrano loves me and hopes he never loses me. I kind of felt bad because I never paid attention to the signs saying that he really did like/love me. I wish I did so now I wouldn't be in this position of feeling like this. After reading that letter, it made me want to sit down with Cyrano and talk to him about what I had read/just found out about what he did and said to Christian. I never really thought of Cyrano of a brother, but I guess he thinks of me as a sister. That makes me feel good, because I grew up an orphan child and I never had any brothers or sisters. I'm going to talk to Cyrano about it tomorrow when he gets back into town.
